The management of GMI is committed to ensure the highest standard of quality and safety is provided to its employees and subcontractors through the following approaches:
- Comply to all requirements of clients/customers, statutory and regulatory bodies, relevant authorities & interested parties and their expectations through continually improving the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Provide and serve the customers with professionalism, integrity, skill, and competency via continued resource development.
- Continually monitoring and reviewing the company’s quality objectives with respect to changes in customer requirement, business development and pertinent regulation. Top Management shall ensure that the Quality Policy is fully understood communicated and implemented throughout the organization and regularly reviewed for continued suitability.
