A certified Company Security Officer (CSO) issued under the authority of the Director of Marine, Marine Department Malaysia, an executive agency of the Ministry of Transport Malaysia. 

Attended the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) course conducted by the Sealestial Marine Services, an approved Maritime Training service provider by the Marine Department Malaysia.
